Integrated HR Consulting & Use of Data
The Integrated HR Consulting website does not collect personal information. The personal information is submitted by site users is the only personal information is stored on the site. For the use of the contact form, the personal information collected includes name and email. There are no other opportunities on the site for data collection or submission.

In good faith, Integrated HR Consulting offers CCPA compliance to all site users, whether California resident or not. Most submissions will receive a response within 3 business days. Integrated HR Consulting will respond or complete the necessary action within a maximum of 90 days.

The General Data Protection Regulation was enacted in 2016, and protects all 28 European Union countries.
All site users data rights are assured through the California Consumer Privacy Act. Because the CCPA is more extensive than GDPR, Integrated HR Consulting maintains GDPR compliance.

Integrated HR Consulting has no capability, need, or interest in tracking site users individually, unless a user presents a danger to site security.
This site collects the absolute minimum of data necessary to provide services. Any data collected is stored on electronic servers. Manually stored data is securely stored on Integrated HR Consulting premises. Please keep in mind that the internet is never guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Integrated HR Consulting uses best practice strategies to maintain all personal information submitted, however, data is always transmitted at the submitting user’s own risk. Data is retained only for as along as it’s needed to fulfill any processes it was collected for, as well as any legal, accounting or reporting purposes.
Integrated HR Consulting only shares visitor personal data with third parties if there is a legal obligation, to enforce site terms, protect the rights, property and maintain the safety of the site, its’ users and others.
