HR Consultant

A dynamic and passionate HR Leader and Subject Matter Expert, certified PHR with a BA in Business Administration, HR Management and MA in Management with Organizational Leadership; professional with 25 years of experience supporting organizations with all aspects of their human resources needs, specializing in strategic human resources requirements that impact the entire organization and workforce encompassing challenging business objectives. As an HR consultant my goal is to partner with organizations on their human resource obligations providing valuable support that comes from a strategic perspective on foundational HR initiatives, along with ensuring compliance to state and federal regulations, CA specifically, while focusing on the organization’s business goals and objectives.

In addition to HR consulting, another passion is as educator, helping to teach students that are starting or wrapping up their college degree program in business administration or human resources; 10 years of teaching college business and HR courses to undergraduate students while providing a real-world application to the concepts that students learn through course materials, encouraging critical thinking and emphasizing the facilitation of concepts as they relate to teamwork and collaboration in all business environments.
